Rags2Riches Clothing Collection – 20th March 2025
Unfortunately, we have no bags provided this time. Please bring in items on the morning of Thursday 20th March in bin bags if possible. Thank you for your support with this fundraiser.
Breakfast and After School Clubs
This morning, we had 4 children who were not booked on to Breakfast Club. Please can you make sure that you book your child/children in for both Breakfast and After School Clubs and also let us know if your child isn’t going to be attending if you have booked on. We need to ensure that staffing ratios are sufficient for each session – thank you.
Summer Fair – Sunday 18th May
Calling all parents! As we begin preparation for this years Summer Fair, we are looking for any volunteers who can help on the day, either for the whole event, or even just for one or two hours. The more help we have, the more events we can run, the more fun everyone has, and the more money we can make for the school! Please can you let us know if you are able to help for any part of the day at PTA@olddalbyschool.org.uk or let Mrs Brown or one of the PTA team know.
Also, please can everyone consider if you have anything you can donate to the event e.g. plants for the plant stall, wine for the ‘water or wine’ stall, any new and unused items that could be used as prizes for the tombola or other games (toys toiletries, chocolates, treats, crafts, accessories, stationery etc).
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to store them, so please hold on to them until closer to the event – we’ll let you know when to bring them in. Any donations will be very gratefully received.
Thank you for your help.
Your PTA!
Recorders
If you have any recorders at home that you would be happy to donate to us, children in Years 5 and 6 would be able to make use of them in their music lessons.
Parking issues
We have received complaints from local residents. Please park responsibly when you drop off or collect your child. In particular, please do not park across driveways.
