Weekly Update email, 9th September 2022

Today we have come together as a school community to give thanks for, and to commemorate, the life of Queen Elizabeth II. Over the coming days of national mourning, we will be celebrating her life and marking key moments of her reign in Collective Worship. We will also start to look ahead and to talk about what the children may see and hear as the country comes together to say their goodbyes.

The Church of England Book of Condolence, can be found here: Her Majesty The Queen - book of condolence | The Church of England There will be a link posted on the school website and Facebook pages.

We are awaiting government announcements about whether there will be any school closures on the day of Her Majesty’s funeral.
