Summer Fair  -  SUNDAY 18th MAY

Calling all parents! As we begin preparation for this year’s Summer Fair, we are looking for any volunteers who can help on the day, either for the whole event, or even just for one or two hours. The more help we have, the more events we can run, the more fun everyone has, and the more money we can make for the school! Please can you let us know if you are able to help for any part of the day at PTA@olddalbyschool.org.uk or let Mrs Brown or one of the PTA team know.

Also, please can everyone consider if you have anything you can donate to the event e.g. plants for the plant stall, wine for the ‘water or wine’ stall, any new and unused items that could be used as prizes for the tombola or other games (toys, teddies, toiletries, chocolates, treats, crafts, accessories, stationery etc).

Unfortunately, we will not be able to store them, so please hold on to them until closer to the event – we will let you know when to bring them in! Any donations will be very gratefully received!

Thank you for your help. Your PTA!
