SUMMER FAIR - SUNDAY 18th MAY – 11am – 2:30pm
Calling all parents! We are still looking for any volunteers who can help on the day, either for the whole event, or even just for one or two hours. Please can you let us know if you are able to help for any part of the day at PTA@olddalbyschool.org.uk or let Mrs Brown or one of the PTA team know.
Please now bring in any donations of new and unused items that could be used as prizes for the tombola or other games (toys, teddies, toiletries, alcohol, chocolates, treats, crafts, accessories, stationery etc), or bottles of wine for the ‘water or wine’ stall. Please bring in as soon as possible, and by Friday 9th May latest, so we have chance to sort through them. Any perishable items, e.g. Cakes and plants, can be brought in on either Friday 16th May or on the day of the fair.
Pet photo competition – We will be running out Cutest Pet Photo competition again this year. Prize for the winner – voting takes place on the day of the fair! Please print and send in your photos ready for display (max size A5 or 7’x5”) by Wednesday 14th May. 50p per entry.
