KS2 Performance
If your child is in the Penguin class or the Osprey class, their costume is something that they would wear to go out in the day. The hall is quite warm so we suggest nothing that is particularly heavy or thick – hoodies, fleeces and jumper will be too hefty.
If your child is in the Hummingbirds class, your child will have a note in their partnership book which gives costume suggestions.
We will be having a dress rehearsal on Wednesday, 2nd July in the morning before performing in front of the rest of the school that day so everyone is expected to come into school in their outfit that morning and can stay in it for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, we do not have space within school to keep the costumes except those of the main cast.
Please let us know if you have any queries about the costume requirements. Mrs Greaves, Mr McQuade and Miss Hackett are usually around in the playground at the end of the day. Mrs Greaves will be out at the front gate on Monday morning and Mr McQuade will be there on Tuesday morning. Alternatively, you could send a quick email to the office or write a note in your child’s partnership book.
SUMMER PARTY- Monday 7th July
The PTA are hosting an end of year Summer Party for all children on Monday 7th July from 6-7.00pm. Weather permitting the party will be mainly outdoors on the playground & field, with music, activities, refreshments and nik naks to buy. There will be Glitter Tattoos, Festival make-up, Bubble wands, nail painting and lots more. Entry is free.
